exp: Option<DateTime<Utc>>Timestamp indicating when the token will expire.
iat: Option<DateTime<Utc>>Timestamp indicating when the token was issued.
nbf: Option<DateTime<Utc>>Timestamp indicating when the token is not to be used before.
